Register for Arbiter - This is where you verify referees for scrimmages, and pay rates. To get access, contact Terri Loken (d6refereescheduler@gmail.com). She will set you up and provide an email with full instructions on accessing Arbiter.

Scheduling scrimmages and referees – You can use Arbiter Sports and/or Game Scheduler to schedule scrimmages. Note: if your team hosts a scrimmage you will need to schedule and pay for the referees from your team checking account before the scrimmage starts. Confirm Referee fees and payment with the other team manager.
Request Calendar Changes - Contact the PLSHA ice manager when games or scrimmages need to be added or updated on your team calendar - do not do this yourselves. They are the only ones that can change games and/or scrimmages.
Official Referee Rule – Any scrimmages that do not include an official referee (coach ref's) should be communicated to the ice manager and logged as "controlled scrimmage" and teams are not allowed to use the clock or scoreboard. There are penalties incurred if this rule is not followed.
